For Sale: We will have for sale seasonal produce, fruit and berries, and flowers. We also have fabulous chicken and duck eggs from free-ranged, organically fed fowl.
About Rosehip: Rosehip is a small scale diversified farm producing organically grown fruits and vegetables for sale through a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture), Coupeville Farmers’ Market, our on-farm produce stand, and to local restaurants. We strive to produce the highest quality produce for local markets using a minimum of outside inputs through the use of chicken tractors, on-site composting, cover crops, and other soil building techniques. We work to minimize our fossil fuel usage by investing in people power, not petroleum. We are a teaching farm, growing the next generation of farmers. Rosehip is able to offer fresh produce mostly year round with 4 greenhouses and other season extension techniques.
What we produce: Rosehip produces numerous vegetable varieties with an emphasis on heirlooms suitable to this climate. We have a small orchard with apples, pears, plums, peach, and apricot. We also cut flowers for sale at market and for local weddings.
