Preparing food from a farm requires several steps. At our manufacturing kitchen, you‘ll see what some farms do to prepare their fresh produce. We dry herbs, fruits, and vegetables, and combine various ingredients into dry mixes and preserved products. You’ll see how farms can use kitchens like these to make truly local food, and why it costs more to produce locally made, shelf-stable foods. Lavender Wind produces jams, teas, dried herbs, baking mixes, and baked goods. We will also have all our other lavender products for sale, and items from farms that use the kitchen.

Directions: At the traffic light on Hwy 20, turn left at Main Street in Coupeville if heading south, or turn right if heading north.  Continue on Main Street for .6 miles, then turn left onto NW Coveland. Our shop is on the left — corner of NW Coveland St. and NW Alexander St.
