Featured at the Hub will be Chef Vincent’s Orchard Kitchen which is under development, and Ebb Tide Produce Farm www.ebbtideproduce.com. Ebb Tide includes two display barns, one of which is the old hay barn, the kitchen barn, the chicken house, the animal shed next to the hay barn, the greenhouse and produce area, the compost system, the animal field, the orchard, the herb garden, the fig trees, the produce field, and the farm stand. Good Cheer’s Food Bank Garden is across the road, and there will be information at Bayview Farm and Garden about the hi-tech hydroponic lettuces grown in greenhouses nearby. Bayview Farmers Market will be open Sat 10-2, and there will be food vendors there as well as the local eateries, Tres Gringos, Basil Café, the Flower House Café and up at Bayview Center, Neil’s Clover Patch, and the Goose deli counter so Farm Tour visitors will not go hungry. There will also be an art show in the Cash store, Local Artists Interpret the Farm.
Directions: From SR 525, turn onto Bayview Road, right if northbound, left if southbound. Turn left on Marshview Ave and parking is on the left. Pick up a map for Bayview Hub activities at Bayview Farm & Garden.
